Hi,I am trying to apply for visitor visa extension and looking for some help.a) do we need to have a notary of for form I-134 or self signed is okay.b) whats USCIS filing address for Oregon?let me know if anyone has idea or applied for extension.
Hello Ravi, We have recently applied for our in laws extensions and got it approved. To answer your questions, You dont have to notarize any document. We have actually mailed our documents to Texas, but they were rerouted to California center where all Extensions process will be handled. Few other things to remember is that, try to apply atleast 60-45 days before. We have applied 30 days before but luckily we got it approved at the neck of the moment just a day before their I-94 expiry. Good Luck!
