Hi Everyone. I have a friend who lives in Kota Rajasthan that wants to come to Portland on a student visa. He has limited finances and is asking me to sponsor him. I am wondering if there are any special programs to help foreign students? Should I tell him to contact one of the local community colleges? Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. I believe he wants to study English although he does speak some already. Thank you.
