I need someone to take over my lease from March 14th in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in South Waterfront (Sanctuary Apartments). The building is right next to the Willamette River (great for walks). Looking for a female identifying roommate preferably no kids. We have a corner apartment with huge windows so plenty of light comes in during the day. My current roommate is female identifying and occupies the other bedroom. You would be taking over the larger sized master bedroom. Pets will be allowed and welcomed! The rent would be $1187.5 without utilities and there is no security deposit required. Garage and outdoor parking are available. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, trash chute access from the same floor. The neighborhood is cut off from the highway traffic and hence very quiet.
