Hello folks! I am looking to start a lease of a 2B/2B apartment (on the first floor) in Commons at Verandas, which is located in Tanasbourne (a really nice area), Hillsboro. Close to Intel RA campus (2 miles), Orenco station (2 miles), amberglen park (0.5 miles), and grocery shops such as Trader Joe's and Whole foods. The rent is $1899 divided between two people (so $950 each) + utilities. I have attached a layout of the place. The apartment is unfurnished, and I am hoping to furnish it together with a potential roommate ??.
A little about me: I graduated recently with a Ph.D. (chemistry) from the University of Florida. I started working at Intel as a TD process engineer last week. I like football (soccer), hiking, running, and biking. I am a tidy person who likes to keep the apartment clean and respects other people's boundaries.
