Raghu R. 4/20/2015 City: Beaverton	Hello All,How safe is to send children to home day care (which are not properly licensed?)I recently came to know that there was an accident at day care in bethany area and a 6 months old kid died.Looks like police is investigating about the unlicensed day care too. Did anyone have further information on this?Plus, Ive see my friend used to send his child to a home daycare and I noticed that their apartment is not clean and kids are playing with dirt cloths :)Suggestions please....
