Hi.. this is Rumana.. we are relocating to Portland in a couple of months since my husband got an offer there.. we have a kid who will be starting school soon.. we are planning to buy a single family home in a good school district. Can you please suggest us some areas with good school district and also how much will the house cost in those areas.
Hello Rumana, some of the better school districts would be in Sherwood, Tigard and Tualatin; the price of houses here has been on the rise, but l would say $350K is an average. let us know if you have any further questions.
