About the topic:

Know and manage your mind matters with the help of an experienced social work counselor. Be it your work, children, spouse or the world that drives you crazy, most of us deal with mental stress that affects quality of life. This unique session combines psychology and spirituality to help us. Know what causes stress & depression. Learn to manage and master mental stress. Madhav Khurana & Vivek Gupta will use their expertise in Vedanta and modern medicine to share their knowledge and insights on methods of calming the mind and managing stress.

Movie night with Shankarji & Sumanji, as they interact and discuss takeaways with children under 13 while 13 and over attends the talk.

About the Speakers:

Madhav Khurana has spent the last 10 years in the field of mental health as a case worker, counsellor, crisis worker and public educator. He is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and have completed his Masters in Social Work (MSW).

Having experienced much of what the world has to offer, from studying at the Ivey School of Business to traveling to almost fifty countries, Vivek Gupta still sought more. Tired of the inconsistent peace associated with extrovert pursuits, he decided to turn his journey within.

Through his inspiring, innovative and insightful style, Vivekji makes Vedanta relevant, relatable and reachable. Intrigued that a young-adult born and raised in Canada would walk such an untraveled path, an array of community groups, academic forums, professional associations, medical departments and religious organizations around the world (i.e. The Office of the Pentagon in Washington, Regional Mental Health Care Hospital in London, etc.) have invited Vivekji to share his wisdom on Life and living.
