Ingredients
HOT & SPICY GARLIC CHICKEN 250 GM small boneless breast pieces Chicken 1 Tbsp chopped Garlic 2 tsp Red Chili Powder 1.5 Tbsp Tomato Sauce Salt-TO TASTE 1 tsp Sugar 1/2 cup Chicken Stock(optional) 1 Tbsp Corn Flour 4 Tbsp Cooking Oil 1 tsp Vinegar 2 Tbsp cut into small pieces Bell Pepper 1 Tbsp finely chopped Onion 1 Tbsp finely chopped Spring onion Marination 1 Egg 3/4 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Corn Flour 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil Ingredients for fried Rice Rice 1 cup(cooked) Garlic chicken 1/2 cup(cooked) onion 1 sliced Bell pepper 1 juliennes Mixed Veg(boiled) egg 1 ( cook & scrambled)on top Seasoning optional salt to taste Pepper to taste Red chili sauce to taste. Soy Sauce 1tsp oil for a sauteing
Cooking Instructions
Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients (for marinade), and keep aside for 30 min. Heat 4 Tbsp oil in a wok and stir-fry the chicken for 10 min in medium heat. Drain and keep aside. In the same oil add garlic and red chili powder. Fry for 3 minutes and add tomato sauce. Add bellPepper,onion and spring onion. Stir fry for 3 minutes in high heat. Add fried chicken. Stir-fry and add salt, sugar and chicken stock. Mix the cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add to chicken slowly, stirring continuously to thicken the sauce. Finish with the vinegar. method for fried rice heat a wok add oil then add onion cook till turn pink in color.then add bell pepper & cooked for 2-3 min.then add mixed veg(boiled) cook for 1-2 min.add garlic chicken saute then add rice & mixed all ingredients. serve on a plate & garnish with scrambled egg Tips seasoning is optional all ingredients already added in Garlic chicken. if needed add extra & enjoy!! increase ur Fried Rice Ingredients as Per requirement.
