I suggest that you consume healthy oils every day to strengthen cells so they can fight off free radicals. In addition to fish oil, use oils such as walnut oil, flaxseed oil, macadamia nut oil or almond oil as part of salad dressings. Macadamia oil and coconut oil are particularly good for cooking.


 


Remember that oils are high in calories, so if you're looking to lose weight, keep down to 1-2 tablespoon per use.


 


Do not fear saturated fats from whole foods...eggs, butter, grass-fed meat, raw, organic milk.
