I noticed many people seeking suggestion about apartments in Hillsboro. I recently moved here and willing to share my experience. I searched for an aprtment in this area and finally moved to The commons at Verandas. Moved in Jan 2014 after lot of research around this area and found this apartment suitable for me and my kids needs. +1 for Ever Green Park Kids play area +1 for High Ceiling +1 for Clean interior and kitchen +1 for Quiet Tenants around, +1 for Shopping area Target/Trader Joe/Whole Foods, +1 for walkable to Nike, +1 for Referral bonus and another + 1 for Value for Money. Few drawbacks, There is one common Garbage Dump location (within 5 mins walk though) and Parking infront of your building will get full soon. You will get a parking within 100 meters. This apartment, Verandas offer 6 to 12 months lease. You could check some other apartments which would give 3 months lease or join with someone who has 2 BR apartment and looking to share.
