10th Freedom Cookery Class by Chef Puneet Mehta

Hyderabad: Freedom Healthy Cooking Oil Range organized 10th Freedom Cookery Class by Chef Puneet Mehta one of the finalists of Master Chef - India Season-2, an initiative to provide a platform for ladies to learn exotic dishes in a master class by renowned Chef for the discerning audience at Officers Mess Function Plaza, Govt. Press Road, Malakpet, Hyderabad. The 10th Freedom Cookery Class was conducted by Chef Mr. Puneet Mehta featuring some popular dishes with the healthy twist.



As a part of the cookery class Chef prepared exotic and easy to cook dishes with Freedom Refined sunflower oil which is clear, lite and low-absorbing, promoting guilt Free Eating. The chef prepared a variety of dishes like Asian sticky rice with chicken and condiments, Thai chicken satay with peanut sauce, Thai corn fritters with sauce, Pad Thai Noodles, Shrimp Toast, Asian Lemon Chicken, Darssan (Asian dessert), Chicken cheese muffins (Audience recipe), Makzi chicken (Audience recipe), Shepherd's pie (Audience recipe). For the 10th Freedom Cookery Class, the audience was invited to share their recipes through emails. 3 recipes were shortlisted and the winners were given an opportunity to cook with the chef Puneet Mehta at the event.



Chef Puneet Mehta interacted with the participants, gave useful health, cooking tips and shared some of his most popular healthy recipes suiting the palate and the season. People participated with great enthusiasm, watched the recipes attentively, responded to the pop-up questions from the Chef and were seen having a great time.



Speaking on the occasion Mr. P. Chandra Shekhara Reddy, Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Freedom Healthy Cooking Oil Range said, We have received an overwhelming response to the 10th Freedom Cookery Class'. It was a pleasure watching the chef cooks various dishes and the amazing participation from the audience. We are pleased to organize the event and provide the home cooks an opportunity to learn the recipes from the elite professionals as a part of this initiative. I thank Chef Puneet Mehta for demonstrating his most popular recipes and conducting an extremely interactive session engaging the audience giving them the Freedom to Eat and Freedom to Enjoy.
